Despite currently being a second year student at TUS, this is my first full year studying in a campus setting. This, obviously, is a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and the restrictions that followed suit.
The switch from studying at home being able to sit in bed, to having to travel an hour to campus to sit in a classroom was originally a strange adjustment, especially having not seen any of my classmates since the first week or two or first year. However, now I can say that being on campus is a much more enjoyable experience than studying remotely and has made the experience feel much, much better overall and I can’t wait to keep working throughout this year and those to come.
